	What's a Summer kitchen?
	As a special feature some condos have a Summer kitchen, also called as "Outdoor kitchen" or "Outside kitchen". On the lanai, balcony or terrace there is a second kitchen, where you can prepare BBQ or other food. A cooking plate, an electric grill, a fridge, and a sink are being part of this kitchenette.
